All goods will be shipped out from Hongkong. We are NOT responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen before receipt; we will work with the courier to obtain information and arrange a refund or replacement at no further expense to you.

Delivery Time

Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next business day you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday.

The choice of courier varies according to different countries. We currently offer:

By Hong Kong Airmail and Register Airmail:

To United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Japan, Belgium,Denmark,Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland: 8-20 business days

To Italy, Brazil: 10-25 business days

To Other countries: 8-15 business days

Order tracking

It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit via hongkong Post Expedited Parcel or other couriers, as an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order has been shipped out. Transit time from China to your delivery destination, including delivery by courier to your door, is normally only 3-5 days. If you need help tracking your delivery, or have concerns about a delivery time, we'll be on hand to answer your questions. Please contact us freely.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. If your order has not shipped out we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Return Policy. (Please refer to "Return Policy" page for detailed information)

Order Charges at you:

The order charges at you will include: retailing value of the ordered products, plus the shipping freight which will be charged based on the package weight and the destination country for delivery .

Other Disclaimer:

I. If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your responsibility and unfortunately we cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country.

II. For the retailing orders, Laptopbatteryhouse has sealed the parcel completely before we send them out. (wholesale dropshipping orders excluded). Please check the following points before signing on the receiving receipt:

a.)the parcel is in good condition

b.)The packaging is complete and no evidence of cutting or breakage

c.)The parcel might have been opened before you receive it if you find any of the points mentioned above.

If you believe your package is missing items, or including incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, kindly please do communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery staff at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it would be too difficult to pursue a claim later.
